For nine years, we’ve been proud to partner with Dress for Success Hartford, a nonprofit in Hartford, CT, dedicated to helping women achieve economic independence through career development, professional attire, job training, and mentorship. Through this partnership, we’ve donated thousands of dollars’ worth of work pants and skirts, Egyptian cotton sheets, towels, bathrobes, silk sleep masks, and pillowcases.

Helping Women Dress for Success
As part of the global Dress for Success network, Dress for Success Hartford provides women with the resources and support they need to prepare for employment, advance their careers, and achieve long-term financial stability.
From professional clothing and interview preparation to career coaching and job training, their programs go beyond helping women find work. They equip participants with the skills, confidence, and connections to succeed in the workplace and beyond.
Their work is especially meaningful because getting a job is only the beginning. Through employment retention and leadership programs, women receive ongoing support to navigate workplace challenges, grow professionally, and become leaders in their communities.

Giving Back Through the Capital Catwalk
One highlight of our partnership is the annual Capital Catwalk, Dress for Success Hartford's largest and most important fundraiser of the year.
In 2026, the organization celebrated its 21st Annual Capital Catwalk. The event raises critical funds to help women return to work, rebuild their lives, and pursue greater economic independence. All proceeds directly support Dress for Success Hartford’s Employment Readiness and Employment Retention Programs.
