    We provide shipping services to all the US addresses and US Territories.

    Shipping speeds may vary by date and location. Estimated delivery dates will display at checkout after you have entered your shipping address.  These are estimated delivery dates and they are not guaranteed.

    *AK, HI, PR and PO Boxes are limited to Expedited Shipping only.  Shipping to these addresses may take 5-8 business days to deliver with Standard Shipping.

    Priority Shipping Rates apply to orders up to 8lbs.  Weight tier prices are as follows:
    0-8 lbs:  $9.99
    8-15 lbs:  $30.00
    15-30 lbs:  $64.00

     

    Shipping by Amazon Fulfillment
    Most orders are fulfilled by Amazon.  Orders will ship with various carriers chosen after the purchase has been placed.  We cannot take requests for preferred shipping carriers. 

    Orders with multiple items will likely be shipped in multiple packages.  Please do not be alarmed if the first package does not contain the entire order.

    Orders over 10 lbs are subject to additional charges.

    Prices will not show on the packing slip delivered in your packages for any Fishers Finery orders (*with the exception of jewelry orders).

    We are unable to provide gift messages at this time. We do apologize for any inconvenience.

    Free Package Protection

    We include complimentary shipping protection with every order to ensure a smooth and reliable delivery experience. If your package is lost, damaged, stolen, or impacted by an incorrect address during transit or delivery, please contact our customer support team and we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


    Requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may require supporting documentation, including images for damaged items. Additionally, we may ask that stolen items be reported to the police prior to approval. Approved claims for lost or stolen packages are eligible for a one-time replacement per order.


    Coverage for incorrect addresses is provided as a courtesy and may be limited in certain situations, including repeated requests or circumstances outside of our reasonable control. Our goal is always to support our customers and provide a fair resolution.
