Free Returns & Exchanges

We have a simple online process to help. Go to our Returns page at the bottom of the our home page to begin the process.

Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with our products. As many of our products are purchased as gifts, we understand that you may wish to exchange for a different size, color or item.

Final Sale: Please note, some items on Final Sale may not be returnable for a refund.  Please check the notes on the items with the Final Sale for specific information regarding the return.

Exchanges:  We offer Free Shipping both ways on Exchanges for a different size and colors of the same price.  Charges will occur if the price is greater than the original purchase.  A link to a payment will be sent upon receipt of the return and before the exchange is sent.  Similarly, a refund will be applied upon receipt of the return if the variant exchange option is a lower price than the original.

Returns:  All returns are free and include a prepaid label.  Returns of 4 or more items and/or multiple orders may be subject to a restocking fee of 10%.  Items must be returned unused, unwashed and in saleable condition.  By processing your return you agree to and approve all terms, conditions and fees.

Before returning any items, please note:

- Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt of your purchase. Items purchased for gifts from October 1st to the end of the year can be returned by January 31st of the following year. 
- Items that have been worn, laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted.
- Items must be returned in saleable condition. Please return items folded in as close to original packaging as possible.  If you return an item in a manner that causes the returned item to be damaged you forfeit your ability to receive a refund. Items returned requiring extensive reworking to be made saleable will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
- If an item is returned that has been obtained, partially or wholly, with the redemption of a Rewards Club Discount, neither the redeemed Rewards Discount nor the Rewards will be returned to the Member.  Refunds will go back to the original form of payment unless selected otherwise in the Return and Exchange portal.
