I was very excited to try these pillow cases, but after I washed them, following the directions from the packages, they aren’t as soft as they first were. Very disappointing, because my fake satin ones are MUCH softer after multiple washes.

These pillow cases are the real deal! After my girlfriend cheated out and bought a set from Amazon, they stained our sheets and come to find out they’re fake silk. I’m all about the raw materials and did my proper research. Not only are they great but customer service is amazing as well. Great company and great product!

color description is inaccurate. promotional materials describe the pillowcase as silver but the actual product is more a of a dark grey or gunmetal color. Does not go well with our bedset and quite a disappointment.

We initially ordered silk pillowcases from another well-known brand, if only because I hadn’t heard of Fishers Finery yet, but they came with zippers. And after a year+ of daily use (We washed them weekly, if not more often, I promise!), the zippers gave way. So I went on the hunt for zipperless silk pillowcases and stumbled upon Fishers Finery. We’ve only had them a couple of weeks, but so far we love them. Right away, I noticed they felt a little more substantial and thicker than the others we used. But long-term, I think the envelope enclosure on the end is what will keep us coming back to Fishers Finery.

Very difficult to capture on camera, but I followed the care instructions for washing. I washed them in their bag with a white sheet in cool water with a mild enzyme free detergent. They were clean after the wash with no stains. I dried them on low and they came out with either yellow stains or scorch marks. Drying these seems like bad advice because it sets in the marks. I tried my best to remove them, but they are stuck. I've never had this problem before when letting them air dry, but I trusted the instructions on the label.

Very Disappointed – Waste of $60!
I paid $60 for what I expected to be a lightweight, exceptionally smooth, slick silk pillowcase. Unfortunately, this pillowcase is heavier than I anticipated and does not have the silky, slippery surface I was specifically looking for. My hair does not glide across it the way I expected and my face still has lines from pillow case.
Now I'm stuck with a $60 pillowcase that doesn't meet my expectations, and I'm back to searching for a truly smooth, slick, lightweight authentic silk pillowcase. To make matters worse, I already discarded the original packaging, so I can't return it.
Extremely disappointed in this purchase. For $60, I expected much better quality and a noticeably smoother feel. A complete waste of money for what I was looking for.

Looking at it in the bag doesn't do anything. Whoever wrote that policy is just saying to the customer, you're screwed and you can't get your money back.

Well, the pillowcases are pleasantly cool (of course, it’s hot in Florida now). I do find, however, that my pillows slide around inside the pillow cases and oftentimes, I have a handful of empty pillowcase because the pillow has slithered away.

I am in love with this silk pillow case !!! I used to have one years ago from another company that was MUCH pricier. This one is just as good at a better price point. The delivery was super fast. This is soooo much better than the satin pillowcases I’ve been using. The envelope closure was key, since I was constantly flipping over the other zipper-closure pillowcases to avoid the scratchy metal pull.

Loved the champagne/taupe color and the material is so nice to sleep on. I will say that one of the pillowcases has a permanent smudge/stain from the oils of my hair or face and after the first wash, it still didn’t come out. So it doesn’t look as nice as when I first got it.
