Hand wash is the best washing methods for silk.
You can also machine wash silk.
Wash with cold to cool water on the delicate or hand wash cycle only.
Machine dry on air-only cycle or delicate-low heat cycle.
Customer service went above and beyond, even calling me back when found a mask. Online said it was out of stock so I called and was informed that was correct. They would be back in stock soon. However, she called me back and said she found a mask in the color I needed!!! I am so impressed with this company and this day just put it over the top!!!

1. This mask is huge for a woman. It overs most of my forehead and can not put enough down to block out light, so the shape is also off, Got the black after reading other reviews on the subject. Wanted this for trips to Vegas NOT. Also my hair is very silky will not stay on. I do NOT recommend this for women.

The strap that holds the mask in place was too thin and was uncomfortable when I tried to sleep. I am a side sleeper and that was the issue. The silk quality was very nice but I could not use the mask.

PHENOMENAL quality, feel, washability on delicate, Customer Service, and… Most importantly… The coolness of the fabric throughout the night has led me to fantastic sleep that I haven’t had in years. I had to buy a second set of pillowcases. True to size, I bought standard size. Fishers Finery sent me a beautifully package box and included the delicate fabric washing bag. Don’t buy from any other brand – I have, and now I know where to go for the best!!

Love my pillow case. They are expensive and I found out they dont last forever as one old one ripped but just a delight to sleep on.
Great, but not for me
ChatGPT recommended it because I was having too much pressure with my other mask. However, this has permanent straps that I cannot slip over my CPAP mask and do not want to put it underneath. It also still presses too hard on my eye when sleeping on my side, so I have taken to just balancing it on my face. Not ideal. I love how silky it is. Good quality, just not great for my situation

I Love this mask. It is very Comfortable, blocks light intrusion, and gives my eyes freedom to open without rubbing or pressure on them. I am literally sleeping better than I have in years.
The wider band is secure and comfortable. I like the look of the triangular over ear to strap, and may try one of those also, but this one works well for me as long as I make sure it is over my ear tops.

This is a Lovely silk mask which is adjustable, a very important feature for me. The fact that I was sent an extra mask as a gift was very surprising, even though it fits very tight and cannot be adjusted. I will give it as a gift to a smaller person. The shipping was super fast and it was easy to follow the order on the website. I also love the way you packaged them.

Very comfortable sleep masks bought for my husband. He had poor quality satin ones before this that made his face sweat and the color ran. These silk masks being natural fiber breath well and do not cause sweat but the bands cause no pressure points. He loves them.
This is probably the 6-7th face mask I have ordered. Love that it stays on without choking my head. Blocks out light. Leaves few to no wrinkles on my skin. Best I’ve ever used.
