What is your activewear made of?
Our current activewear is 53% organic cotton, 35% modal and 12% spandex at 320 GSM. Outlet pieces are our original fabric, 60% bamboo viscose, 25% organic cotton and 15% spandex, and Space Dye colors are 70% bamboo viscose, 20% organic cotton and 10% spandex.
Why are there two fabrics?
We're moving our activewear to a modal and organic cotton blend to be more environmentally responsible. Outlet pieces are made in the original bamboo viscose blend.
How do I wash it?
Machine wash on the gentle cycle in cold water, then tumble dry on low or delicate.
Is it OEKO-TEX certified?
Yes. Our activewear carries OEKO-TEX Standard 100, certificate 26 HVN 45937, issued by Hohenstein HTTI.
Do you offer petite and tall lengths?
Many of our yoga pants come in Petite, Regular and Tall lengths. The lengths for each style are listed on its product page.
Perfect leggings
These fit perfectly and the material is super soft. Also love the flatlock stitching which makes them not itchy or irritating to the sides of my legs.
I Am Happily Wearing Them Right Now
I bought these after having bought and worn the FF capri length leggings, and these feel a little bit thicker and snugger to me, which is fine because I’ll wear them in cooler weather most of the time, maybe a 40F to 75F degree range. What a great fit! I’m 5’6”, about 128 lbs, 29” waist and 40” hips. Bigger calves, smaller ankles - both comfortably covered; not too tight yet no gaping, either. And the touch of the fabric is fabulous, so much more pleasant than poly and more opaque than a lot of cotton blends. I do wear wool leggings in deep Midwestern winter when the temps are below freezing; these from Fishers Finery are my new favorite for 8 months—most—of the year!
High quality leggings
Needed leggings for my return to gym and yoga after an extended absence. So happy I discovered Fishers Finery. All items I have ordered are soft, comfortable and functional. They wash well. Would not hesitate to purchase again.
Disappointing but not worth my time returning
I have a pair of leggings I got as a gift and really liked them so I ordered these.
I originally rated as 'Okay' until I started writing this review and then down graded it. They are not 'that' bad but I wouldn't order again. The fabric is nice to the touch. The fit of the legging is so-so, maybe a smaller size would have worked better but then I think it would look more see thru than they already are. The black after washing the 1st time made them look faded. I"ll still wear them but only around the house.
Very comfortable leggings that run long
These are really comfortable leggings and well made. The only reason I gave them 4 instead of 5 stars is that they're really long on my 5'7" body.
Leggings are Must Haves
Love all the items from Fishers Finery. I have 6 pair of leggings and wear them often. They are super soft, just the right amount of cling and are wonderfully comfortable..........PLUS, they come in extra long for us tall women!
Are these for Children?
While the fabric of these leggings is soft & luxurious it is also a bit cloying, especially in the hot climate I live in. Also the waist does not come up quite high enough; instead it cuts right across ye olde muffin top & is very uncomfortable. I removed the annoying elastic from the waist & this was a big help but not enough: I wore them once & put them in the box to go to GoodWill. What a waste of money, I wish I could return them. And finally, even though the material is bamboo & 'natural-ish' it feels very synthetic, albeit soft. Not very breathable. And the weight is a bit much for summer. They also run INCREDIBLY SMALL: I am 5'3" & weigh 120 & bought the "Large" and it is still too tight, especially in the tummy. If you are over 15 & have any sort of tummy at all these are NOT for you.
Quality seems nice enough but they’re far smaller than most leggings I’ve purchased. Normally I’m a large. I read to size up so I did to an XL & wow still very small & they don’t off a 2X in this particular legging. So bummed
The EcoFabric Yoga legging are exactly what I expect from Fisher's Finery. They are well made and the fabric is soft and a good weight. The medium fits me perfectly (5ft 7inches at 125 pounds). With the excellent quality, I know I will enjoy wearing them for many years. I use them for extra warmth with my Fisher's Finery Sleep shirt on chilly nights, and under my favorite pants on winter days. They are also perfect with a skirt or tunic top.
Perfect leggings.
Very nice fabric. I will wear these as leggings. Most leggings feel to tight, constrictive, and uncomfortable, but not these. Fit true to size. They are also nice and long, which I appreciate.
Bate and switch.
I normally just LOVE Fishers products, you guys make the only leggings and yoga pants that fit me and I’ve probably own at least 10 pairs. Never had an issue before but with my last order placed I ordered a pair of the leggings but revived a pair of the plain yoga pants in the blue packaging that says leggings. Very unhappy that after a week and a half of waiting after sending both an email and calling your customer service number, that I still haven’t heard back and when I went to just re order them because I need them for a trip I’m going on, they are once again sold out of my size. I feel like you guys ran out of my leggings and then just sent pants instead hopeful I wouldn’t notice.
too much packaging
I loved the leggings, but the reason I purchase organic clothing is to reduce my environmental footprint on the planet. Leggings arrived in SO much packaging, more packaging than the leggings themselves, including plastic padding (is that really necessary for a pair of leggings that are not fragile or breakable) and plastic laminated box and glossy marketing materials. I threw out so much packaging from this one small order. Companies really need to do better, we are in a climate and plastic pollution crisis.
Ankle length yoga pant
So so so comfy! I am so happy to have found this company. These fit me like a glove and I can’t express enough how much I love you pants. It is all I wear anymore. Since finding these I can’t stand to wear any other pants.
Love them
These fit well, are very comfortable, soft, the fabric is incredibly durable and it stretches enough but not too much.. I have found that Fisher's Finery Athleisure wear is the best quality all around and I pretty much live in the stuff.
Great leggings and customer service
I'm very happy with the leggings - they're good quality and not at all see-through. But I'm even happier with the customer service: I made an error entering my address so the original order went to the wrong place. Customer service very kindly sent me another pair by express post. They were very quick to respond to my emails. Would 100% buy from again.
