It is made from 100% pure, Grade 6A long-strand mulberry silk in a charmeuse weave, with silk on both sides. At 30 momme, it has 58% more silk than a 19 momme pillowcase, for a dense, substantial feel that lasts. A hidden envelope closure keeps your pillow in place without a zipper, so it can be used as a pillowcase or sham.

Available in Standard, Queen and King, in 4 solid colors and 4 stripes, including undyed Natural White. Every pillowcase comes in a gift box with a mesh wash bag.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Bag it Zip it into the included mesh wash bag.
  2. Wash gently Hand wash, or machine wash on delicate in lukewarm water.
  3. Dry low, then flat Air-only or low heat for about 10 minutes, then lay flat.

Skip: bleach, harsh detergents, and fabric softener.

Tip: A delicate detergent and the mesh bag are all you need.

Six thousand years of the world's finest fiber

Silk was so prized in ancient China that it was used like gold to pay officials, and it traveled the world along the Silk Road. Ours is Grade 6A mulberry silk, the longest and softest strands available, woven in a charmeuse for a smooth, lustrous face.

Because the silkworm's cocoon naturally guards against dust mites, mold and fungus, the finished silk stays naturally hypoallergenic.

Every maker we work with is certified to OEKO-TEX® Made in Green, independently tested for harmful substances and produced in environmentally and socially responsible facilities. We finish our silk with gentle, low impact dyes.

I was very disappointed with this pillowcase. I researched many brands, reviews and product details before I purchased your brand. This pillowcase is not smooth. It does not fit properly. It does not close well with the flap type of closure and therefore bunches up. This bunching defeats the purpose entirely of a silk pillowcase. Previously, I had a zipper enclosure and thought that I would try yours based on the information that I found. For these reasons, it is not comfortable and is not the quality product that I had expected. I would like a refund as this is not the quality product that was described for the money that I paid.

The Black Label 30 mm silk Queen pillowcase arrived in a plastic bag in an Amazon box. It was not inside the nice black box and wrapped in tissue paper for which I paid. I had to call customer service. This is a gift for a friend staying with me, and timing was essential. Please make sure the item sent is packaged properly and is what the customer ordered.

I use one per week, then handwash in Woolite, air fluff in the dryer for 10 minutes, then hang up in our laundry room with fans blowing. They last and are so comfortable to sleep on, keep my hair smooth, and are delightful next to my face at night. I highly recommend Fisher's Finery pillowcases!

Is this real silk, or satin?

Real Grade 6A mulberry silk, certified to OEKO-TEX® Made in Green, label ID M27M35W78. Satin is a weave, often polyester; ours is 100 percent mulberry silk.

How does it help my hair and skin?

Silk is smooth and absorbs far less than cotton. Your hair glides instead of snagging, so there is less frizz and bedhead, skin is not pressed into sleep creases, and the serums you went to bed in stay on your skin instead of soaking into your pillow. Many customers notice it within the first week.

Does it have a zipper?
