Nice first-time experience and products! Representatives were proactive and responsive, and I liked the personal attention by way of email to keep me informed about my order. When it was determined the delivery would be delayed, my priority shipping charges were automatically refunded. When I was informed of the delay, I was given the option to cancel the order or obtain a 15% discount. Of course, I chose to keep my order, for which I am very glad, and I received the discount. The shipment was a gift for my wife that she loves...well worth the wait.

I love this set The color is beautiful and the items are extremely warm though light in weight. Unfortunately, it itches! I have sensitive skin that does not tolerate wool. This is pure cashmere so I hoped I would not react to the fabric but I did. Within moments I had to remove the scarf around my neck. The cap and gloves were less irritating but I chose to return the set. It's lovely. It's perfect for those not sensitive to wool or cashmere.
