Super soft microfiber! It is snug/clingy as mentioned in other reviews... even though small fit, ordering up for more comfort while sleeping / looser style. The pattern design where straps attach to gown was a little bit off (on me personally, it looked like straps were too close together) but for ~$15 it was not an issue.
